2024 WRX TR Running Endless ME20 Brake Pads on My 2024 WRX TR at Summit Point

I installed Endless ME20 pads on my 2024 WRX TR and ran them at Summit Point Raceway over two track weekends—four 25–30 minute sessions each day.

After weekend one, the front pads were still solid. I didn’t measure the thickness, but they felt good going into weekend two. For reference, ME20s start at 15.5mm and should be replaced at 7mm. Next time I’ll measure before heading back out.

The first three track days were strong—consistent bite, no fade. But on the fourth day, during the last session, things changed. I felt the braking power drop off. Bite faded, and the car wasn’t slowing as it should. When I parked, the front calipers were smoking. The pads were done—almost worn completely down to the backing plates.

So, for my car and driving style, the ME20s were good for three full days of hard track use. That’s better than the Endless MX72 pads I ran previously—they only lasted two days before they were toast.

The ME20s also performed similarly to the Performance Friction PFC 08 pads I used with my 2002 BMW M3. Strong initial bite, consistent performance, and predictable behavior throughout the session.

I prepped the brake system with fresh Castrol SRF fluid and bled it properly before hitting the track, so no issues there—it was definitely the pads reaching their limit.

After talking with Endless USA, they recommended trying the ML50A next. It’s designed to handle higher temps and might be a better match for how hard I’m using the car.

I’ve got a set being made at the factory in Japan now and should have them listed on enzuca.com soon.
