The 981 GT4 arrived with real aero intent from the factory, and the standard 981 Cayman shares the same excellent chassis underneath. GT4 vs standard 981 Cayman

The splitter, side splitters and dive planes are contoured to the GT4 bodywork and will not fit a standard 981 bumper. The rear diffuser and underbody cover fit the broader 981 range. Building the package

The 981 GT4's factory balance is reasonably neutral, which means adding a big rear wing alone will move it toward understeer. The front splitter and air dam kit is the correct partner for the rear wing, and the dual element dive planes give you a way to trim balance forward afterward without pulling the splitter off. The rear diffuser adds downforce with almost no drag penalty and works considerably better with the underbody cover ahead of it.
