Alpinestars run the cleanest glove ladder of any brand here — one family, three tiers, versioned in sequence.

Tech-1 Start is the entry glove, listed in v3 and v4. Tech-1 Race sits above it, also in v3 and v4. Tech-1 ZX is the top, and is the deepest in versions — v2, v3 and v4 are all stocked.

That versioning is the thing to watch. A v2 and a v4 of the same glove are different products, often at different prices, and older versions stay listed while stock lasts. If you are replacing a pair you liked, check which version you had rather than assuming the current one is identical.

The eighth item here is the Engine Mechanics Glove, which is a workshop glove, not a driver glove.
