Collection: Hawk HPS Brake Pads

HPS is the one most people mean when they say “Hawk pads”, and it is the largest range stocked here. Hawk call it the worldwide aftermarket standard for increasing stopping power on a street car: a Ferro-Carbon compound with a higher coefficient of friction than stock, which they put at 20–40% more stopping power and a greater resistance to brake fade.

The part that matters for a daily driver is what it does not do. Hawk describe the HPS as gentle on rotors, long-wearing, very low dust and with minimal noise. That is the trade a street pad has to get right, and it is why this compound outsells the rest.

If you have started doing track days, look at HP Plus instead — HPS will fade before the session is over. Every Hawk pad is listed by part number, as in HB111F.610: HB111 is the pad shape and F is the HPS compound, so searching the shape number is the fastest route if you already know it.
