About Sparco Racing Shoes

Sparco's homologated driver shoes — every entry on this page names an FIA or SFI standard in its title.

The range is deep enough to be confusing, so the useful split is by standard. FIA 8858-2018 covers the current top end: Slalom, Slalom+, Formula, Futura, Chrono, Prime Evo, Prime Extreme, Rapid, Superleggera and X-Light Plus. FIA 8856-2018 covers Top, Martini Top, Gulf Top, Prime-R, Prime-T, X-Light and X-Light+. Several add SFI 3.3 alongside. A few older models carry FIA 8856-2000 — Apex RB-7, Formula RB-8.1, Superleggera RB-10.1, Skid and Slalom US — which some series no longer accept, so check the number against your rulebook.

One outlier: the SFI-20 Drag Racing Shoe at SFI 3.3/20, built for drag classes rather than circuit work.
