About FIA 8859 Helmets

Every helmet on this page is certified to FIA 8859. Most also carry a Snell rating, so one helmet can cover both FIA-sanctioned events and clubs that write their rules around Snell.

SA2025 and FIA 8859. Helmets marked SA2025 / FIA8859 carry the newest Snell standard: Bell's Ultra carbon range (RS7, XD7, XR7, GT6 and Mag-10), the Bell RS7 Pro, GT6 Pro and Mag-10 Pro, the Sparco Stealth RF, and the Schuberth SP1 Carbon Evo and SP1 Hybrid.

SA2020 and FIA 8859. Helmets marked SA2020 / FIA8859 carry the previous Snell standard: the Arai GP-5W, GP-6S and GP-7, Bell's GT6 4C models, RS7 Carbon, BR8 Air Carbon and GTX.3, the Stilo ST5 FN, ST5 GT and Venti, and the Schuberth SP1 Carbon.

FIA only, and rally. A few helmets carry FIA 8859 without a Snell rating: the Bell Mag Rally open face and Mag-10 Rally Sport, and one version of the Stilo ST6 FN Carbon ABP. Bell's GT6 Rally and Mag-10 Rally Pro are here with their Snell ratings.
