About Pagid RST-3 Brake Pads

RST-3 is Pagid's medium high-friction compound, and the one that covers the widest spread of use. Pagid put that breadth down to its combination of bite, friction and controllability — you are not choosing between a pad that stops and a pad you can modulate.

Low heat conductivity comes from a mix of steel and acrylic fibres, and the compound is built around excellent modulation and release characteristics. Pagid list it for GT and touring cars, rally and prototype applications.

Against the RSL line it is the more aggressive choice; against RS14 it trades some of the outright bite for range. If you run mixed events rather than one discipline, this is usually the sensible Pagid. Pads are listed by U-number, which names the pad shape rather than the car.
