Collection: PFC 01 Compound Brake Pads

01 is the compound PFC built their reputation on. Their own line is that it “is the standard by which all racing brake pads are judged” — very high initial bite and torque, very little temperature-induced torque rise, and less torque scatter at the end of the stop for better modulation and release.

PFC also credit it with low wear and excellent disc conditioning properties, and say it has won more World and National Championships than any other brake pad on the market.

The 11 compound is PFC's successor to it and carries the same bite with better pad and rotor life, so if you are specifying a car from scratch start there. The 01 is here because plenty of cars are still set up around it and plenty of drivers still want it. Pads are listed by PFC's four-part number; the first block is the pad shape.
