RS44 is the Orange compound, and it is the rear-axle specialist in this range. Pagid describe it as a medium friction compound that is disc friendly, with predictable, non-aggressive friction behaviour — stable torque rather than a sharp grab. Fade resistance runs to 560°C (1,050°F).

Their own recommendation is to run it at the rear in combination with RS14 fronts on touring cars, which is the pairing worth knowing if you are balancing a car that locks the rear too easily. Pagid list it for club racing — noting it is very popular in Porsche club racing — plus touring cars, GT and single-seaters up to F3.
