What Verus builds

  • Rear wings — UCW and V1X swan neck kits with optimized airfoils, billet aluminum mounts and 3D-shaped carbon endplates. Capable of generating and withstanding 500+ lbs of downforce.
  • Front splitters — carbon thermoplastic construction that resists cracking and abrasion, paired with carbon fiber air dams and CNC-formed brackets.
  • Rear diffusers — autoclave-cured carbon planes with replaceable polyurethane strakes, designed to work with flat underbody covers.
  • Dive planes — single and dual element kits that pull air out of the wheel wells and load the front axle.
  • Side splitters, underbody covers, wing risers and AOA mounts — the supporting pieces that make a package work as a system.

Materials and construction

Wings, diffusers and dive planes are 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber, autoclave cured with an automotive-grade clear coat. Splitters use carbon thermoplastic — the same family of material used in Indy Car, NASCAR and F1 — because a splitter is the part most likely to meet a curb. Mounts and brackets are machined 6061-T6 billet or CNC-cut and bent aluminum, with stainless hardware throughout.

Building a balanced package

Aero balance matters more than raw downforce. Adding a large rear wing without a corresponding front element pushes the balance rearward and gives you understeer at speed. Verus designs front and rear components as matched sets for exactly this reason: a UCW wing pairs with a front splitter, and dive planes let you fine-tune the balance forward without touching the splitter. If you are starting from scratch, a splitter and wing together is the right first step — dive planes and diffusers are tuning tools once the foundation is in place.

Installation

Verus aero is engineered to bolt to factory mounting points with no cutting, drilling or fabrication. Most kits install in an afternoon; the UCW wings take under 20 minutes. Every kit ships with the complete hardware set and install documentation.

Some kits, including the UCW wings, are assembled per order and ship within roughly 5 business days.
