Fitment: Porsche & Universal Applications While engineered specifically for the 1974-1989 Porsche 911/912, the modular design of the SA05 bracket has made this a go-to solution for other custom applications where the seat rails sit significantly higher than the floor.

• Technical Specifications:

  • Vertical Clearance (Crucial): Designed for seat rails that sit 3 to 4 inches off the floor. (See SKU SA05.09 for ~2" clearance or SA05.14 for floor-mounted rails).

  • Bolt Size: Pre-drilled for M6 seat bolts (Standard on vintage Porsche manual rails).

    • Note: Bracket can be drilled out to accept M8 hardware if required.

  • Rail Slot Dimensions:

    • Tab Width: .591" (15.01mm). Fits vintage Keiper/Recaro rails. (Modern "Universal" sliders with 12-13mm slots will require filing the tab down).

    • Insertion Depth: Tab length is 41.2mm, allowing the bracket to secure onto bolts recessed up to ~31mm inside the rail channel.

  • Cup Capacity: ID of cup holder opening is 3.125". Be sure to check your cup if you are worried your big gulp won't fit!

   

RHD Compatibility: This unit is fully reversible for Right-Hand Drive vehicles. Installation requires flipping the seat rail mounting bracket and transferring the 4 ball plungers to the opposite side.
